Please read this carefully. Through your use of this website and your submissions for any orders and subsequent orders, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms that appear below.
You agree to purchase goods and services from the Healthfood Centre subject to the Terms and Conditions that appear below.
You must be 18 years or over to order and participate in the Healthfood Centre online order service.
Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as order confirmations, and changes to the service. By registering with ukhealthfoodcentre.co.uk, you accept that your email address may be used to supply you with such information.
Access to this site is provided to you free of charge and is for your personal use only. Any orders placed are in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The products advertised on this website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale. The Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties. Any contract between us shall incorporate these Terms and Conditions and be under British Law. If there is any dispute the British Courts will have jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions when required, without prior notice. Any amendments will immediately apply to the use of the site.
Any specifications and descriptions of the products mentioned on this website are approximate only and have been supplied to us by the manufacturer of the products and brands. We reserve the right to make any changes to these descriptions, which do not materially affect the performance of those products. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice. We may correct any error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring any liability.
Product images displayed on the website are just for demonstration purpose only, it may differ to the actual size or strength.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order by contacting us on 0207 387 9289 within 12 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products you must return the products, unopened and in their complete packaging, to our address. The products must be returned at your own expense. Your order will not be refunded until the items have been received by us. Your refund will only be for the products and any delivery charges will not be refunded. To ensure we receive delivery we recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery Service. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product. This is due to health and safety reasons. However your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products are not affected.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £6.99, which covers delivery within the UK only. Delivery outside of the UK will be charged at an additional cost. We reserve the right to contact you with an updated figure for delivery before finalising your order.
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order to the address you specify in the check out procedure. Please note the address you specify should be the registered card address. If you require a separate delivery address please contact our customer service team on 020 7387 9289. The method used to deliver your order varies depending on the delivery address (for UK or International) and the weight/size of your order.

We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect, or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the website or in respect of any error or omission.
The price of the products will be the price quoted on the website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) but will not include the cost of delivery (where applicable). In addition, the price for delivery will be quoted as standard at £6.99. This is a flat rate for all orders within the UK. For delivery outside the UK, additional delivery charges will apply and will depend on the size and weight of your order. We reserve the right to contact you for additional delivery payment prior to finalising your order.
Paying with a debit or credit card?
Simply order your product(s) via our website and once you have finished a link for PayPal will pop up. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with your debit or credit card, click 'don't have a PayPal account'.
Credit Card and Debit Card Payments will be charged and debited at the time of placing the order. If any items are unavailable and we are unable to supply we will refund these items as soon as possible after taking the payment.
Have an existing PayPal account?
Order your product(s) via our website, once you have submitted your order a link for PayPal will pop up. All you have to do is sign in and complete the transaction.
Payments made via PayPal will be charged as per the service providers' terms. If any items are unavailable and we are unable to supply we will refund these items as soon as possible after taking the payment.
If you cannot pay via PayPal/debit or credit card, you will need to submit your order by calling us on 0207 387 9289. We will give our account details and once we have received your payment, the goods will be shipped.
Registration & Password
You must ensure that the personal information you provide when registering on this website is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information either by updating your account details on ukhealthfoodcentre.co.uk or by contacting us on 0207 387 9289.
When you enter the site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone as you will be responsible for any activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. By using this site you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, or use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased, you must return the item(s) and inform us in writing of your reasons for not being satisfied with the product. If necessary, Healthfood Centre is able to contact the manufacturers on your behalf and deal with your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible, and will keep you informed of our progress. We will replace any items damaged upon delivery buy may request that the damaged items be returned to us before issuing the replacement. You must inform us of any damage within 7 days of receiving your item. You may also be asked to complete a Lost Parcel or Damaged Items declaration form before a replacement can be issued.
